Understanding User experience (UX) in VCE Software Development U3O2

What it does: Ease of use is a key part of UX. Fewer steps and clear labels make a task quicker and easier to finish. Frustration points are moments when a system makes users annoyed or stuck. Good UX finds and removes them. UX is about the whole experience of using a system, not just its looks. The look of the screen is the UI. x. The UI is what you see and touch, such as colours, buttons and layout. The number of steps is part of the overall experience (UX). Losing your work is a frustration point. Clear help with mistakes is good UX.

Common mistakes: Good UX is about how easy and pleasant a system is to use, not just how it looks. It should be good_ux ← easy AND pleasant. UX is the whole experience from start to finish, not only the colours. Line 1 should describe the whole journey of use.
