A free printable IGCSE Computer Science Paper 2 word scramble with 7 key terms, built from the key terms of 8.1b Sequence, Selection and Iteration (Modules 358–368) — INPUT and OUTPUT statements, Indentation and comments in pseudocode, Writing a sequence in Cambridge pseudocode, Arithmetic operators including DIV and MOD, Relational operators: = and <>, Relational operators: <, <=, > and >= and more. Word scramble

Unscramble the letters and write each key term on the line.

1
UINPT DNA TUUPTO
INPUT stores a value the user types into a variable. OUTPUT displays a message or value on screen. Show several items by separating them with commas.
2
CQUENSEE
A program made of statements like DECLARE, <-, INPUT and OUTPUT that run one after another from top to bottom, with no selection or iteration. Changing the order changes the result.
3
VDI NAD DOM
Arithmetic operators beside + - * /. DIV gives the whole-number quotient (17 DIV 5 = 3). MOD gives the remainder (17 MOD 5 = 2). Number MOD 2 = 0 tests for even. Brackets set the order.
4
= DAN <>
= tests whether two values are equal and <> tests whether they are not equal. Each gives TRUE or FALSE. Assignment uses <- instead, not =.
5
NDA
______ joins two conditions ______ is TRUE only when both are TRUE, e.g. Age >= 13 ______ Age <= 19. If either condition is FALSE, the whole condition is FALSE.
6
OTN
A logical operator that reverses a condition: ______ TRUE is FALSE and ______ FALSE is TRUE. For example, ______ (Score >= 50) is TRUE only when Score is below 50.
7
(A RO B) DNA C
Brackets are worked out first. Without them NOT is done first, then AND, then OR. So A OR B AND C means A OR (B AND C), and brackets change that order.

IGCSE Computer Science Paper 2 · Modules 358–368
1UINPT DNA TUUPTO → INPUT and OUTPUT — INPUT stores a value the user types into a variable. OUTPUT displays a message or value on screen. Show several items by separating them with commas.
2CQUENSEE → sequence — A program made of statements like DECLARE, <-, INPUT and OUTPUT that run one after another from top to bottom, with no selection or iteration. Changing the order changes the result.
3VDI NAD DOM → DIV and MOD — Arithmetic operators beside + - * /. DIV gives the whole-number quotient (17 DIV 5 = 3). MOD gives the remainder (17 MOD 5 = 2). Number MOD 2 = 0 tests for even. Brackets set the order.
4= DAN <> → = and <> — = tests whether two values are equal and <> tests whether they are not equal. Each gives TRUE or FALSE. Assignment uses <- instead, not =.
5NDA → AND — AND joins two conditions and is TRUE only when both are TRUE, e.g. Age >= 13 AND Age <= 19. If either condition is FALSE, the whole condition is FALSE.
6OTN → NOT — A logical operator that reverses a condition: NOT TRUE is FALSE and NOT FALSE is TRUE. For example, NOT (Score >= 50) is TRUE only when Score is below 50.
7(A RO B) DNA C → (A OR B) AND C — Brackets are worked out first. Without them NOT is done first, then AND, then OR. So A OR B AND C means A OR (B AND C), and brackets change that order.
